Our Community Outreach Van was Donated through the Generosity of New Frontiers Health Force

We sincerely appreciate your interest in Willa Carson Health and Wellness Center’s Community Outreach Van Donation Program. The center’s outreach program was created in the summer of 2010 to introduce healthcare to the many in the community who are not current patients, are uninsured and unfamiliar with the center’s variety of medical services.

Your support of Willa Carson Health and Wellness Center’s Community Outreach Van, will provide a consistent way to continue to increase the number of residents that the center can reach out to and help.

The Community Outreach is the center’s direct approach program to provide the community in general with health education, preventive and wellness services. It is directed at helping patients who may otherwise go to a hospital emergency room for assistance.  Your support in offsetting the costs to maintain and keep the van in the community would be sincerely appreciated.

Annual Check-Up – Annual Maintenance Expense

• When you donate $60, your contribution will go toward 1 month’s parts & maintenance
• When you donate $150, your contribution will go toward 2 month’s parts & maintenance
• When you donate $250, your contribution will go toward 4 month’s parts & maintenance
• When you donate $375, your contribution will go toward 6 month’s parts & maintenance
• When you donate $700, your contribution will go toward 1 year’s parts & maintenance

Keep Me On the Road – Fuel

• When you donate $150, your contribution will cover 1 week’s worth of fuel
• When you donate $300, your contribution will cover 2 week’s worth of fuel
• When you donate $450, your contribution will cover 3 week’s worth of fuel

Keep Me Covered – Annual Insurance

• When you donate $192, your contribution will cover a month of vehicle insurance
• When you donate $575 your contribution will cover two months of vehicle insurance
• When you donate $1,150, your contribution will cover the cost of six months of vehicle insurance
• When you donate $2,300, your contribution will cover the cost of one year of vehicle insurance
