We sincerely appreciate your interest in the Willa Carson Health and Wellness Center. The center, a 501(c)3 organization, is supported through grants and donations provided by the generosity of foundations, businesses and members of the community.

Your support of the Willa Carson Health and Wellness Center will make an immeasurable difference in the lives of the many patients who visit the center every year.  As the number of patients increases, so do the costs of providing medical services. Your donation would provide the following benefits:

Supplies/Procedures

The cost of supplies mount as the center provides innumerable low cost tuberculin skin tests, vaccines, ear irrigations, EKG tests and diabetes testing:

• When you donate $25.00, your contribution will cover the cost of 1 tuberculin skin test or 1 influenza vaccine
• When you donate $35.00, your contribution will cover the cost of 1 EKG test
• When you donate $75.00 your contribution will cover the costs of 3 annual influenza immunizations or 3 tuberculin skin tests
• When you donate $90.00, your contribution will cover the cost of ear irrigation supplies
• When you donate $100.00, your contribution will cover the cost of 1 box of diabetes test strips

Per Patient Costs

The cost to provide non emergent care for each patient can range between $800 – $1400 per patient annually:

• When you donate $75.00, your contribution will cover the cost of 1 annual general physical examination
• When you donate $140.00, your contribution will cover the cost of 1 women’s well care examination
• When you donate $300 or $400, your contribution will cover the cost 4 patient chronic condition office visits
• When you donate $800.00 – 1,500.00, your contribution will cover the cost of 5 patient visits
• When you donate $4,000 - $8,000 your contribution will cover the cost of 10 patient visits
• When you donate $15,000, your contribution will cover the costs of 100 patient visits
