The Willa Carson Health and Wellness Center provides friendly medical services for most non-emergency health problems.

The medical services provided are offered to those who are low income and have no insurance, medicare or medicaid coverage.

Your treatment at the center will start with an office visit during which you will be seen by our nurse practitioner.

• Preliminary Diagnostic   Aid/Referrals
• Blood Pressure, Cholesterol, Diabetes Screenings

Referrals for lab work, tests, x-rays, procedures and specialists are arranged as needed once you’ve been seen.

Although there are no costs for services provided at the Center, the operation is dependent on your donations.  Patients are invited to partner with the Center in providing needed healthcare services and are therefore kindly asked to make a donation of a minimum of $5.00 for each medical visit. Your donations will help cover the cost of operations including staff salaries, medical supplies and equipment.  (We do not accept debit or credit cards.)
